Members of the Network of Women in Media, India, were recognised for their work at the 15th edition of the Laadli Media &Advertising Awards for Gender Sensitivity 2025. They recognise gender sensitivity in the media. The regional edition honoured 63 print, web, and TV journalists from across India.

The citation noted the book is a work of grave moral attention and disciplined reportage.
